Breastfeeding Support Clinic
How you feed your baby is one of the biggest decisions you'll make during your pregnancy. Although formula is a safe and healthy way to feed a baby, experts agree that breast milk is best.

At the Family Birth Center's breastfeeding support clinic, we can help you decide how best to feed your baby. If you choose to breastfeed, we can help you learn how and assist you with any problems you may have once you start. Services we offer include:

An expert staff
The clinic is staffed by registered nurses who are international board certified lactation consultants.

Daily rounds
Our lactation consultants make daily hospital rounds to visit mothers who have recently given birth at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Breastfeeding supplies
We offer a variety of breast pumps and supplies to help with your breastfeeding experience. Pumps and other supplies are available for purchase or rental at the hospital gift shops.
